Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering your school on Addu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an institution on behalf of a board or trustee group, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Subscription & Plan Limits

Addu enforces strict student registration thresholds dynamically verified by our server validation scripts. Your account functions according to the plan chosen:

• Starter Plan: Restricts the system to a maximum of 250 students. Further creations will trigger a portal lock until upgraded.
• Growth Plan: Restricts the system to a maximum of 1,000 students.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom setups offering unlimited student registrations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Your school administration agrees not to bypass portal security (including 2FA prompts and IP whitelists) or use API calls to overload database clusters. If malicious usage is detected on a specific school domain, NiyajTech reserves the right to suspend connection tokens immediately.

4. Service Uptime

We strive to offer a 99.9% portal uptime. Database backups are triggered automatically at midnight (via integrated backup cron jobs) to protect against server disasters. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance to avoid disruption during school hours.
