Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Free Trial

Addu offers a 30-day free trial for new schools to set up databases, add classes, and test biometric integrations. You can cancel at any time during this trial period and you will not be charged.

2. Billing Cycle & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed every 30 days. You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing dashboard; your portal will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Billed annually (with a 20% discount pre-applied).

3. Refund Terms

Since we offer a full 30-day trial for complete evaluation, monthly billing cycles are generally non-refundable. For yearly plans, if you choose to cancel within the first 7 days of the billing period, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be sent to hello@addu.school and are processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
