We process data solely for school administration, academic analytics, and core features. This includes:

• Student Profiles: Names, roll numbers, age, class divisions, attendance records, exam marks, and academic grades.
• Guardian Details: Names, phone numbers (for automated WhatsApp/SMS notifications), email, and payment history.
• Staff & HR: Teacher credentials, salary ledgers, biometric logs, and casual/sick leave registers.
• Billing & Account: Transaction hashes, receipts, and invoices processed via integrated gateways.

Our dashboard utilizes essential secure session cookies to verify active logins, enforce token-based security, and store interface preferences (such as language toggles). We do not run third-party tracking or advertising cookies inside authenticated school portals.

Your data belongs to your school. We never lease, sell, or trade student records or administrative metrics to third parties. Access to server records is strictly limited to authorized personnel under NiyajTech, audited daily, and encrypted using modern SSL/TLS protocols.
